These beans originate from Antonio Regalado Diaz’s farm, El Huyacan in Cajamarca, Peru. Antinio’s farm is located 1750 meters above sea level in The Andes Mountain Range. The high altitude combined with the meticulous picking, washing, fermenting, and drying processes result in a deliciously sweet and smooth cup.
We’ve chosen a light roast that enhances the stone fruit and citrus flavors. The aroma is sweetly floral with a smooth body.
