Coffee Products
Coffee is a consumable product, and therefore we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with your coffee order, please contact us through our website's contact form, and we'll do our best to resolve it.
Merchandise
We want you to love your Big Shoulders Coffee apparel! If for any reason you need to return an apparel item, we'll gladly accept it for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (no stains, rips, modifications of any sort).
- Mugs, travel mugs, and similar items must also be returned in unused, undamaged, and original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please contact us through our website's contact form to request a return.
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- A customer service representative will provide you with further instructions on how to complete your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned apparel item and it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
